INEX design, working in association with CbD Interiors/Exteriors, was responsible for the concept design rework of a very out dated kitchen in a classic designed seventies house in a prime hill top position at St. Johns Woods.

The clients brief was clear that a very modern and practical kitchen be designed catering to the needs of a growing family, while at the same time capturing the million dollar views of the city skyline.

INEX’s design delivered an open kitchen design, with a privacy wall to hide the general kitchen utility areas. Contemporary finishes give the kitchen a New York feel. The design features and finishes were also carried through to a new bar area linking the family and lounge areas.

A clever design feature in the kitchen was to create a home office that disappeared behind cupboard doors when guests came to give the area a seamless presentation.
