For the perennial Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers in 2005, INEX were appointed to design a number of key creative feature displays. The Carnival of Flowers attracts thousands of people each year to marvel at the city’s spring display.

One of the key attractions is the annual Flower Food and Wine Festival (FFW) staged in the surrounds of Queens Park. INEX designed the entrance statement of the FFW creating three sculptures juxtaposing the strength of steel and stone to the softness and fragility of spring blooms.

Inside the FFW, INEX created a magical display of spring blooming after a bushfire and a light hearted approach to the traditional Pumpkin Soup. The Pumpkin Soup display has been featured in floral design publications in New Zealand and England.
